Legendary post-rock band Slint have confirmed another two UK live dates to be held in March 2005. Both shows will be hosted at The Forum in London on March 1st and March 2nd. The band delighted fans earlier this year by announcing they were to reform to curate and perform at February 2005’s All Tomorrow’s Parties. Core Slint members Brian McMahan, David Pajo and Britt Walford will be selecting an eclectic line-up for the weekend and will themselves be playing music from their albums Tweez and Spiderland as well as the posthumous untitled ten-inch single. The band split in 1991 after the release of their much acclaimed second album ‘Spiderland’, but their music went on to inspire and influence a huge wealth of bands.
